4 1/2 cups frozen fruit chunks or berries
3/4 cup vanilla or lemon nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup honey or superfine sugar
1 tablespoon fresh orange Juice
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a food processor fitted with the metal blade.
Process until smooth, then pour into a freezer container.
Cover and place in the freezer for 1 hour, stirring frequently, or until yogurt mixture is a bit firm and creamy.
Serve immediately.
