PEACH ICE CREAM
1 cup chopped fresh or frozen peaches 3/4 cup sugar (divided) 2 cups heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup milk 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Combine the peaches with 1/4 cup of sugar and stir/mash together. Let stand 1 hour.
Add the remaining 1/2 cup sugar, cream, milk, and vanilla extract into the peaches.
Start ice cream maker and pour mixture through hole in lid. Freeze until desired consistency or the unit stops.
