CHEESE GRITS
3 (10 1/2 oz each)cans chicken broth 1/2 cup cream 1 cup uncooked grits 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
Combine chicken broth and cream in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Slowly stir in grits and return to a boil. Simmer, stirring often until thick.
If grits get too thick, add more cream..If too thin, cook longer.
Stir in cheese, stirring until melted.
