HERB AND CHEESE LOAF
SMALL LAOF: 2 cups bread flour 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 1/2 tablespoons dry milk (2 tablespoons) 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar (2 tablespoons) 1 1/4 teaspoons Italian herb seasoning (2 teaspoons) 3/4 teaspoon salt (1 1/4 teaspoon) 1 1/2 teaspoons rapid-rising yeast (2 teaspoons) 3/4 cup lukewarm water (1 1/8 cups)
LARGE LOAF: 3 cups bread flour 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons dry milk 2 tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons Italian herb seasoning 1 1/4 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons rapid-rising yeast 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons lukewarm water
Measure ingredients and place in bread machine pan in order that manufacturer suggests.
Select regular or rapid cycle. Do not use delayed cycle for this recipe.
