Savory cheesecakes are perfect as appetizers (served in slices, like a cake) with crackers & bread toast triangles.

They are also wonderful as part of a light lunch, served with white wine, different breads and a very acidic green salad.

Finally, in Europe, it is customary to serve a cheese plate as an after dinner palate pleaser. This savory cheesecakes will be extraordinary in that sense.
