SPICY GRILLED SHRIMP
1 1/2 to 2 lb (20 to 30 per pound) peeled, rinsed, drained shrimp 2 large garlic cloves, minced 4 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp kosher/sea salt 4 tsp freshly squeezed lemon 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp cayenne pepper
Mix all ingredients together in a ziplock bag. Place in refrigerator to marinate.
Grill shrimp 2-3 minutes per side, turning once.
Serve with blue cheese.
Beware, these will be gobbled up!
