FESTIVE CRAB SPREAD
1 cup blue crab meat 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened 1 egg, beaten 1 tablespoon milk 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped 2 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds TO SERVE: assorted crackers
Remove any remaining shell or cartilage from crab meat.
In mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, egg, milk and Worcestershire sauce. Add crab meat and onions; blend well. Turn mixture into an 8-inch, glass pie plate. Top with toasted almonds.
Cook in microwave oven 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Serve warm with crackers
