SUNSHINE LOBSTER SALAD BOWL
6 cups lettuce, torn in small pieces 3/4 pound cooked lobster meat, cut in 1/2-inch pieces 2 medium tomatoes, cut in bite-size pieces 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated 1/2 cup ripe olives, sliced, pitted 1/3 cup green onions, sliced, including tops 1/2 cup creamy Caesar salad dressing whole pitted ripe olives
Toss together lettuce, lobster, tomatoes, cheese, olives and green onions.
Add dressing and toss lightly.
Garnish with ripe olives.
