Recipe: Rotel Summer Ranch Dip

This is from a Rotel Tomato ad.

ROTEL SUMMER RANCH DIP

1 (4 ounce) package Ranch style dry dressing mix
1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
1 (16 ounce) carton sour cream

Combine dressing mix in Rotel for about 5 minutes.

Fold in sour cream and chill.

Serve with chips or raw veggies.

For something different try a pinch of your favorite herb or spice.
