3 WEEK COLE SLAW
1 medium head of cabbage 1 medium onion (I prefer a mild one) 1 medium bell pepper 3/4 cup mild flavored honey 1 cup vegetable oil 1 cup vinegar 1 Tbsp salt
Grate cabbage, onion, and bell pepper (it's easy with a food processor if you have one).
Pour the honey over the mixture and set aside.
Bring to a boil the vinegar, oil, and salt. Pour over cabbage mixture and mix well.
Refrigerate. Will keep for 3 weeks.
