BLACK BEAN SALAD
3 cups black beans, cooked 2 cups French-cut green beans 1 cup garbanzo beans, cooked 1 cup adzuki beans (or red beans), cooked 2 onions, sliced 2 green peppers, sliced 2 stalks celery, sliced 2 green onions, thin sliced DRESSING: 2 cups oil 1 cup white wine 1/2 cup honey 1 lemon, juiced 2 cloves garlic, pressed 1 tbsp parsley 1 tsp oregano
Combine all ingredients in large bowl, mixing thoroughly. Chill overnight.
