1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup all-bran cereal
1 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup milk

Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Make a well in center. In medium bowl, combine cereal with milk. Add egg and peanut butter to cereal mixture. Beat with spoon to mix well. Add oil and milk. Stir and pour into well. Stir just enough to moisten. Batter will be lumpy. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
