SAUERKRAUT RELISHSource: Heard in the Kitchen: The Heard Museum Guild Cookbook1 (16-ounce) can sauerkraut 1 cup chili sauce 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped 1 small onion, finely chopped 3 stalks celery, finely chopped 1/3 cup packed brown sugar 3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon paprika Pepper to taste Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Chill until serving time. Serve cold.
