CARIBBEAN SPICY GRILLED TUNA
2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp freshly grated root ginger 1 tbsp lime juice 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1 1/2 tsp ground coriander 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper salt 4 tuna fillets or steaks (about 2.5cm/1-inch thick)
Preheat the grill to hot and line the grill pan with aluminum foil.
Place the oil, ginger, lime juice, cumin, coriander, cayenne, and salt in a shallow dish and mix well.
Add the fish and turn to coat on all sides.
Grill for 3-5 minutes on each side or to your liking. Serve immediately.
