KIWI TRIFLE
1 (4 serving size) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix 1 pkg ladyfingers, cubed 3 tbsp cream sherry 1/4 cup strawberry preserves 2 cup cut-up kiwi fruit 2 tbsp toasted sliced almonds TO SERVE: 4 oz frozen dessert topping, thawed
Prepare instant vanilla pudding mix according to pkg. instructions. Set aside.
In a 2 quart serving bowl, layer half of the cubed lady fingers. Sprinkle with half the sherry. Dot with half the preserves. Top with half the kiwi, and half the almonds. Pour half the prepared pudding over all. Repeat layers beginning with remaining ladyfingers, sherry, preserves, fruit, almonds, and pudding.
Chill until ready to serve.
TO SERVE: Top with frozen dessert topping, thawed.
