Corn Fritters 1½ cups cooked corn 1 egg 1/3 cup milk, 1 teaspoon, melted butter 1½ cups flour 1½ teaspoons baking powder ¾ teaspoon salt
Beat egg, add corn, milk and melted butter. Mix sifted flour, baking powder and salt, then combine with first mixture. Drop by spoonfuls into hot fat and cook until brown, 2 or 3 minutes.
