Homemade Peach Brandy

This is the recipe that was my Father's who was from Kentucky.

1 guart peache
2 oranges
2 lemons
3 lb. sugar
1 gallon water
1 pkg. yeast (powder)

Qutar peaches, slice oranges and Lemons. Sugar can be added when set , or mix half with warm water then when set add the balance when strained off. Let stand 2 week's. Stir well each day. Raisins can also be added.
