Ham and Pasta Casserole

1 1/2 cups ham -- cubed
1 cup cheddar cheese -- grated
1/2 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups macaroni -- cooked
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons chopped onion

1. Cook ham and onions in butter. Add soup, milk and cheese; cook until cheese melts.

2. Add remaining ingredients and bake in greased 2-quart casserole at 350F for 30 minutes.
