NACHO CHICKEN
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 1/2 cups crushed nacho cheese-flavored tortilla chips ( about 60) 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Combine first 3 ingredients; spread on both sides of chicken. Dredge chicken in crushed chips. Place chicken on a lightly greased baking sheet. Drizzle with margarine.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done.
