FLAN DE LECHE (NATILLA)
2 1/2 cups milk 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs, separated 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp salt 2 heaping tsp cornstarch cinnamon
In a small saucepan heat 2 cups milk.
In a small bowl mix together sugar, egg yolks, vanilla, and salt. Mix into hot milk in pan.
Combine the remaining 1/2 cup milk with cornstarch and stir into the milk and egg mixture. Cook until mixture bubbles and you can't stir it down.
Beat egg whites and fold into pudding.
Sprinkle with cinnamon. Refrigerate and serve. |
