I tried your recipe this week. We are staying at my Dad's while DH attends a blacksmithing class. It turned out great! I baked white corn tortillas in the oven at 400 degrees F. just sprinkled with a bit of water to crisp them, then crushed them and used them in place of the tortilla chips and substituted soy cheese. Yum!!
