GEORGIA PEACH DELIGHT

1 package (3 1/4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 teaspoons sugar
1 can (1lb. 13 oz.) sliced cling peaches, well drained

Prepare vanilla pudding mix according to package directions. Set aside.
In a large chilled mixing bowl, combine heavy cream & sugar. Beat mixture until stiff peaks form when beaters are pulled up. Gently fold in the peaches & then the vanilla pudding. Spoon into individual dessert dishes or large serving bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
