REUBEN CASSEROLE

1 bag or can sauerkraut drained (do not rinse)
1 lb chipped corn beef, torn or cut into small pieces
1 small bottle of thousand island dressing
slices of Swiss cheese
1 loaf day old rye bread, cut in either small or large pieces
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Use a 9 x 13-inch pan, do not grease.

Put sauerkraut all over bottom of pan.

Put chipped corn beef over sauerkraut.

Sprinkle thousand island dressing over the corned beef.

Layer slices of Swiss cheese on top of that.

Cover the top with rye bread pieces.

Final stage is to drizzle melted butter all over the top.

Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
