HONEYED ORANGE-NUT SAUCE Makes about 6 cups
2 cups honey 1 cup light corn syrup 1 cup orange juice 1 Tbsp grated orange rind 1/2 lb walnut pieces 1 can (6 oz) pecan halves 1 can (3 1/2 oz) whole blanched almonds 1 package (2 1/2 oz) whole shelled hazelnuts
Combine honey, corn syrup, orange juice, and orange rind in a large saucepan.
Cook over medium heat just until mixture comes to boiling.
Remove from heat. Add nuts, blend well. Chill.
