CUCUMBERS `N CREAM

2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
salt, to taste
1/4 cup finely sliced green onions
1 tsp dill weed
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup PET Evaporated Milk

Sprinkle salt over cucumbers. Add remaining ingredients. Toss to combine and coat cucumbers well. Chill 30 minutes before serving

Servings: 5 (1/2 cup each)
