Hi Mike,

Thank you for letting us know. I would add about 1/4 cup water and you don't have to be strick with the 30 minute simmer - if it needs to thicken cook longer or if it's too thick add a little more water. It's very flexible. Your goal is the consistency of jarred tomato sauce, maybe a little thicker.

Yeah I went to make this recipes and in the instructions it says to add water... But no where in the recipe does it tell you how much water to add. Just thought you should know!
