DIP FOR APPLE CHUNKSFrom: Apple Kitchen Cook Book by Demetria M TaylorMakes about 2 cups 2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese cream, softened milk or cream (if needed) 1 small green bell pepper, minced 1 (4 1/2 oz) jar pimientos, minced 2 tbsp grated onion 2 tbsp horseradish Mash cream cheese; beat until fluffy, adding a little milk or cream if necessary. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill.
