MEAT AND CHEESE DIP

2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 cup chopped green onions
2 lbs. Velveeta® cheese, cut into 16 pieces
2 cans (15 oz. each) chili beans
2 cans (14 oz. each) Rotel® tomatoes, drained

Brown ground beef and drain.

Spray the inside of the Ceramic Liner with non-stick cooking spray.

Combine all the ingredients in the Ceramic Liner.

Cover and on LOW 2-3 hours. For best results, stir after 1 hour.

Makes 3 quarts
