COCONUT-MACDAMIA DROPS

1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
2 cups flaked coconut
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1 teaspoon almond flavoring
1 cup white baking chips

Mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls and bake per cookie dough package directions.

Since I am having a dessert buffet with my may Christmas open house I am doing all my cookies bite size (one or two bites) this way guest can sample to their hearts content :) :)
