Layered Shrimp Dip
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 2 Tbls. Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbls. Tabasco sauce 3 - 4 cloves minced garlic 1 cup cocktail sauce 1 lb. boiled shrimp 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese 6 - 8 green onions, chopped 2 tomatoes, chopped 1 - 2 bell peppers, chopped
Blend first 4 ingredients together.
Layering:
Spread the first 4 ingredients you just blended onto a large platter.
Spread the cocktail sauce.
Sprinkle the shrimp (if shrimp are too large, cut into small bite-size pieces).
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese (more cheese can be used if desired).
Combine the green onions, tomatoes, and the green peppers and sprinkle these on top of the cheese.
Serve cold with crackers.
Note: Can also use crabmeat in place of or in combination with the shrimp.
