KATY'S NEW YEARS DAY BRUNCH
Make the night before: 6 slices bread 3 lg. ham slices, cubed 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated 1 tsp. salt 1 can cream of mushroom soup 8 eggs, beaten 3/4 tsp. dry mustard 2 1/2 c. milk
In a greased 9 x 13 inch pan, arrange ham, grated cheese, soup, eggs, mustard, salt and milk. Cube bread slices and push down into above mixture. Melt 1/4 cup butter and drizzle over. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes. Let firm up a little before serving.
