FRIED CABBAGE AND VEGETABLES
1 head cabbage, cut any way you like 2 zucchini, cut any way you like 2 yellow squash, cut any way you like 1 onion, sliced or chopped butter salt pepper
Put all vegetables in frying pan with butter, salt and pepper. Cook on medium-high heat, stirring constantly until all vegetables are tender. Add more butter when it starts to get dry. And Enjoy! It is a very delicious way to eat vegetables.
