Reese Cup Cookies
1 cup peanut butter 2 sticks butter or margarine, melted 1 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs 1 (1-pound) box powdered sugar 1 (12-ounce) package chocolate chips, melted
In large bowl, combine peanut butter, butter, sugar and crumbs. Press into well greased 9 by 13-inch baking dish. Pour melted chocolate over top. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Slice into 2-inch squares. Leave in pan, and keep refrigerated. Serve chilled. Yields 2 dozen.
