CHICKEN AND DRESSING CASSEROLE
6 to 8 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and split 6 to 8 slices Provolone cheese 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 soup can of water 1 (8 ounce) bag of dry herbed stuffing 2 Tablespoons butter, melted, optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place chicken breasts in a 9x13-inch greased baking dish. Top each with a slice of cheese.
Mix together the soups and water and pour over chicken. Sprinkle dry dressing mix over all. Drizzle with melted butter, if desired.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
