MIX EASY CASSEROLE
Serves: 6
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can (10 oz/ 284 mL) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (12 oz/341 mL) whole kernel corn, drained
1 pkg (200 g) Kraft Tex Mex Shredded Cheese
1 pkg (120 g) Stove Top Cornbread Stuffing Mix, prepared
BROWN ground beef with onion. Stir in soup, corn and cheese.
SPREAD in casserole dish and top with prepared stuffing.
BAKE at 375°F(190°C) for 20 minutes or until heated through.
