POTATO CASSEROLE
4 cups mashed potatoes (best made with instant potatoes) 1 cup sour cream 3/4 stick Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar Cheese diced or minced onion seasoned salt
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Mix ingredients together (except seasoned salt) and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Place in a baking dish.
Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
A co-worker of mine gave me this recipe. This is the only instant potato recipe, her daughter would eat. Enjoy! |
