CLAM DIP
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of shrimp soup 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese 1 (8 oz.) can minced clams 1 tablespoon chopped parsley 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
Blend soup into cream cheese until smooth. Don't overbeat.
Add clams, parsley, and horseradish. Chill covered. Serve with crackers, chips or raw vegetables.
