PANHANDLE PIMENTO CHEESE
2 lb Velveeta cheese, grated 3 lb cheddar cheese, grated 1 quart mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 large jar pimientos, grated 1 1/2 cups sweet relish 2 4 canned jalapenos, seeded, chopped 1/2 tsp garlic salt 1/3 cup celery, finely minced 1/3 cup Spanish olives, pimiento, finely chopped
Combine all ingredients and blend well.
