PEPPER JAM
4 cups sugar 1 1/3 cups apple juice 1/3 cup plum tomatoes, diced 1/3 cup red bell pepper, diced 2 small red hot peppers, diced 2 tbsp cider vinegar 1 pouch pectin
Combine all ingredients except pectin in a medium saucepan; bring all to a full boil. A
dd pectin, return to boil. Cook for one minute.
Fill jars and seal. Store in refrigerator. |
