CHICKEN WINGS WITH ORANGE SOY GLAZE
1 1/2 cups SunkistŪ fresh-squeezed orange juice, divided use 2 tbsp. soy sauce, divided use 2 tbsp. green onions, chopped 2 tsp. garlic, minced 1 lb. chicken wings 2 tbsp. brown sugar to taste salt and pepper
TO MARINATE THE WINGS: Combine 1 cup Sunkist fresh-squeezed orange juice, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, green onions, and garlic in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add chicken wings, coat evenly with liquid. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
TO PREPARE THE GLAZE: Combine remaining 1/2 cup orange juice, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and the brown sugar in a small saucepan to make glaze. Heat mixture to boiling, and cook until liquid is reduced to half of the original volume and is the consistency of syrup. Set aside.
WHEN READY TO COOK CHICKEN WINGS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For easy cleanup, line baking pan with foil and coat with non-stick spray.
Remove wings from marinade, drain, and place on baking pan. Season with salt and pepper. Discard marinade. Brush wings with orange soy glaze.
Bake wings for 25-30 minutes, brushing with glaze every 10 minutes until done.
