Pea Salad with Bacon
Dressing:
1/4 cup sour cream 2 tbls chopped parsley 1/4 cup mayonnaise salt and pepper to taste 2 tbls dill weed
Combine all ingredients, set aside.
1 20 oz package frozen peas 1/4 cup green onions, chopped 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1. Rinse the peas in hot tap water until defrosted. Drain. 2. Mix chopped onions, bacon and peas to dressing mixture. Refrigerate.
*Tastes better if refrigerated 24 hours.* |
