Fruit-Vegetable Dip
1/2 cup cottage cheese 1 1/2 tablespoons crushed pineapple chunks 1 teaspoon minced green bell pepper 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon crushed dried marjoram 1 cup strawberries, rinsed and hulled 1 apple, cored and diced 1 honeydew melon, seeded, rind removed and diced
Blend cottage cheese in a blender, or mash until smooth. A
Add crushed pineapple chunks, finely chopped green bell pepper, lemon juice, and marjoram; blend well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Arrange fruit on platter. Pour dip into serving dish and serve with fruit.
Makes 8 servings.
