Chocolate Mayonnaise Cup Cakes

Makes 24 cupcakes

No Stick cooking spray
1 pkg chocolate cake mix -- (18-oz)
1 tsp cinnamon -- (optional)
1 cup low fat mayonnaise dressing or light or
real mayonnaise
1 cup water
3 eggs

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 25 Minutes

1. Spray and lightly flour 24 2 1/2 inch muffin cups or line with paper bake cups.

2. In large mixer bowl stir cake mix and cinnamon until mixed. Add mayonnaise, water and eggs.

3. Bake 350°F 20 to 25 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire racks 5 minutes. Remove; cool completely. Frost with desired frosting.
