SPAGETTI LOAF

2 cups broken spaghetti
1 clove garlic
1/2 pound sharp American cheese
1 2/3 cups milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a loaf pan.

Boil spaghetti with garlic in salted water until tender. Remove garlic, drain spaghetti and rinse.

Melt cheese in milk over boiling water.

Add melted cheese mixture to rinsed and drained spaghetti along with eggs, parsley, onion, and salt; mix thoroughly. Pour into prepared loaf pan.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
