this is the first time that i have used this site.I have been looking for a special Fruit cake recipe so that i can make a healthy pleasurable birthday cake for my mum who is going to be sixty this week.I think i may have found it it in the recipe above,however,this recipe calls for the use of alcohol,is it possible to substitute this for something else?
