CROCKPOT COUNTRY-STYLE POT ROAST

4 potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
4 carrots, thinly sliced
2 1/2 cups water
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Beefy Onion Soup Mix
1 (3 to 3 1/2 pound) boneless beef pot roast (rump, chuck or round)
2 to 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Place potatoes and carrots in bottom of slow cooker.

Mix together water and soup mix and pour over the top.

Dredge roast in flour and place into slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours.
