Cheddar Biscuits (like Red Lobster)
These biscuits are really good, but not for gravy.

2 cups Biscuit mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Beat dry ingredients with milk & cheese for 30 seconds. Drop by tablespoons on baking sheet bake in a preheated oven 450 degrees 8 to 10 minutes. Melt butter with garlic and brush over biscuits when out of oven. They serve these at the Red Lobster Restaurants. Enjoy!
