This is a recipe that my Aunt Judy ALWAYS made. It was so luscious. It's been around forever, but just in case you've lost your copy, I'm posting this delicious meatloaf recipe.
AUNT JUDY'S ONION MEATLOAF
2 lbs. lean ground beef 1 2/3 cups evaporated milk 1 pkg (2 envelopes) onion soup mix 1 T. minced garlic 1 T. chopped parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the meat loaf ingredients well in a 2 1/2 quart bowl. Put mixture into an ungreased shallow baking dish. With wet hands, shape into a loaf. Bake 1 hour.
