SHEPARD'S PIE

8 to 10 potatoes, peeled, diced
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can Manwich Sloppy Joe Sauce
1 (15 oz.) can green beans, drained (optional)
4 oz. shredded cheese
6 slices American cheese (for top)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Boil potatoes for mashing.

Brown ground beef in skillet; drain grease.

Add Manwich Sauce and green beans to the beef. Simmer while potatoes are cooking.

Drain potatoes add shredded cheese while mashing.

Pour meat mixture in ungreased casserole dish and top with potatoes. Cover with American cheese slices.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

*May substitute Hungry Jack instant mashed potatoes (make 12 servings)
