APPLES AND SAUSAGE

1 package brown & serve sausages, cut into chunks
1 large cooking apple, cored and cut into large chunks
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice

In a medium frying pan, brown sausages and apple in butter.

Stir in brown sugar, and lemon juice. Heat and serve with eggs, pancakes or waffles.
